1.  Select your option. Board Print OR Digital File?
2.  Add your personalisation, Name and Dates (Please feel free to add personalised messages, quotes and more).
This can be completed in the “send us your images” form, at the check out stage or email this through to us.
3.  Send me your photo. (UPLOAD IMAGES LINK)
4.  Add to your basket and proceed to the checkout to purchase the listing. (Remember your coupon code!)
6.  Production commences once confirmation of payment and receiving all the images.

From your order options you will receive either:
🔹 Foam Board Print order. Vertically printed onto a solid PVC panel of approximately 5mm thickness for indoor or outdoor use. NO frame or stand/easel is provided with this print order. Your Foam Board Print will be securely packaged and delivered to your doorstep.
🔹 Digital Image only order. This will be sent to you electronically. NO physical item will be sent to your home address.

RECEIVE YOUR DESIGN PROOFS
On confirmation that we have received your photo and personalised wording, you can expect to receive a proof sent to your email address within 24 hours.

PERSONALISATION AND REVISIONS
Personalised wording/text will be copied directly onto the design so please ensure that all spelling, punctuation and upper and lower case letters and date numbers are correct. The details supplied will be printed exactly as you have typed them so please double check these details are correct as no corrections can be made once production commences.

Please let us know of any changes that you want and we will revise these to your approval, the final and completed printable file will be sent to your email address. We aim to turn-around orders within 24 hours.

PRINT OR DIGITAL FILE ORDER
► Foam Board Print orders
These are printed vertically on a solid water-resistant PVC panel with a protective UV film achieving outstanding print results in full color or black and white, panels are approximately 5mm thick.

► Digital File Orders
The final and completed printable file in a vertical layout will be sent to your email address. Just download your file and get ready to print your image file at home or visit your local print shop for printing and framing.

PRODUCT AND GALLERY DISPLAYS
Please note that designs and images provided here are mock-ups only for demonstration purposes how designs would look when printed, colors may slightly vary on the final product. Style and colour of font used will be the same or similar as visual displays. Text size and layout may vary slightly depending on the number of characters used.

DELIVERY AND PACKAGING
For print orders, a ready to use poster print is shipped in robust packaging, ensuring it arrives safe and secure, posted to your doorstep.
Foam board prints are packaged with strong edges to protect the items. In addition your printed board is wrapped in bubble wrap or kraft paper for additional protection.
Estimated delivery times for the UK are 3 to 7 days and international up to 28 working days.
Please note these lead times are subject to change during peak times. If you are not sure if you have enough time to order from us, please message us.
For digital file orders, these will be sent to you electronically and no physical item will be delivered to you.

The Technical Stuff
🔹 Foam board prints are super lightweight, durable, and long-lasting.
🔹 Choice of colour or black and white finish.
🔹 Prints are approximately 5mm /0.2″ thick, providing a modern and elegant finish.
🔹 Included is a hanging kit, which may vary depending on the country of fulfillment.
🔹 Sizes may vary slightly once printed and trimmed. The UK measurement is in inches.
🔹 Water-resistant materials so they can be used indoor and outdoors.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Digital file only orders will be sent to your email address. You will NOT receive a frame with this order.
2. If you purchased a digital image option by mistake thinking it’s a physical item, please message us immediately and before we begin making the draft so we can cancel and refund you accordingly.
3. We do NOT honor cancellation nor refund for projects that are already in-progress.
4. We cannot issue a refund based on your print results if colours on the actual print vary to images supplied and if images supplied by you are not set to a minimum of 300 dpi sizing for printing requirements. Therefore please send us your highest quality images with correct exposure, as this will determine your print quality. Your image order is prepared and optimized for the best printing results.
