HOW TO ORDER:

1. Select your orientation.
2. Select size. Printing copy or Digital file only.
3. Send us your images. Upload your images that match the number of photos (11) for your collage selection. ( UPLOAD IMAGES LINK )
4. Provide your personal message, name & quotes (optional). This can be completed in the upload form or at the check out stage.
5. Add to your basket and proceed to the checkout to purchase the listing.
6. Production commences once confirmation of payment and receiving all the images.

RECEIVE YOUR PROOF / PREVIEW
On confirmation that we have received all your photos you can expect to receive a proof sent to your email address within 24 hours.

REVISIONS

Please let us know of any changes that you want and we will revise these to your approval, the final and completed printable file will be sent to your email address. We aim to turn-around orders within 24 hours.
Personalised text will be copied directly onto the design so please double check this as no corrections can be made once production commences.

WHAT YOU WILL GET
From your order options you will receive either:
🔹 Poster Print order. Your finished collage will be printed on a premium 200gsm semi-gloss paper. NO frame is provided with this print. Your poster print will be securely packaged and delivered to your doorstep.
🔹 Digital Image only order. This will be sent to you electronically. NO physical item will be sent to your home address.

PRINTING DIGITAL FILES
Download your emailed file and get ready to print your collage at home or visit your local print shop for printing and framing.

DELIVERY AND PACKAGING
For print orders, a ready to use poster print is shipped in robust packaging, ensuring it arrives safe and secure, posted to your doorstep.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Digital file only orders will be sent to your email address. You will NOT receive a frame with this order.
2. If you purchased a digital image option by mistake thinking it’s a physical item, please message us immediately and before we begin making the draft so we can cancel and refund you accordingly.
3. We do NOT honor cancellation nor refund for projects that are already in-progress.
4. We cannot issue a refund based on your print results if colours on the actual print vary to images supplied and if images supplied by you are not set to a minimum of 300 dpi sizing for printing requirements. Therefore please send us your highest quality images with correct exposure, as this will determine your print quality. Your image order is prepared and optimized for the best printing results.
